Ladybirds All year care for children 3 months to 2 years of age

Welcome into our special place for our smallest children!

Our ladybird unit is a separate unit, specifically designed for the youngest children at Willow Park. The unit is registered for 12 children under the age of 2 and works on a ratio of one adult to 3 children.

Our main room is divided into areas to ensure that your child has a varied, individual, safe and secure time with us. There is an area for our non-movers, full of toys to stimulate all their senses, bean bags, mats and bouncy chairs. An area for large physical play and messy play. A quiet area with a low settee – a place for staff to sit and read stories, to cuddle or just for your child to sit and watch what everyone else is doing! A separate sleep area, with cots and low beds, soft music and dimmed lights. A changing area for nappies and lastly a play area for lots of fun, stimulation and laughter!

Toys placed in wide rimmed large baskets are placed around the room – inviting your child to play with them. Music will be in the background, and there will be lots of time for love, cuddles and one to one time with your child’s key worker.
